WHERE IT ALL STARTED
"It all started with a father & son trip to exmouth, WA"
Over the years, Dad (Phil) found the need to have his favourite lures more organised and readily available. Dad would find himself battling it out against the huge shark population of North West Western Australia, and needed a solution to tangled tackle. So, he took to his shed to create the first design of the LUREMATE. Through trial and error over the years the design changed to be what it is today - a simple but effective fishing accessory that can store lures, rigs and rods in order to keep your boat organised and make your fishing experience more enjoyable!
Chasing the old man's vision
Taking inspiration from Dad's invention, I (Michael) decided to start a brand with a vision to enhance the experience of fellow ocean adventurers. My vision is to create and improve products for fellow ocean-goers, and their passions of fishing, surfing, camping and adventure. With the help of the old man, a lot of blood, sweat and beers, we've finally come good on that vision and promise to ourselves.

Recently, the old man (Phil) has been talking about expanding the product range, to create more value and ease, for the everyday ocean explorer. We're hooked on this lifestyle of innovating for ocean based recreation. Dad and I are off and flying, with the LUREMATE already being incredibly successful.
